The Bad News: It seems that Verizon has a new policy about their T720’s: they’ve quit just replacing them in the stores. They were losing too much money that way. *g* So… I had to send it in to be repaired. My phone, tomorrow morning, is on it’s way to Texas. There’s a 90% chance (probably closer to 99% in my case) that they’ll end up replacing it anyway. But they want to try first, now. Average turn-around for this is two weeks. So I don’t have a phone, for the next two weeks.

The Good News: I changed my calling plan to a family plan, and added Megan to it. So, Megan has a cell phone now. :) This way, you all can still stay in touch with us, and when I get a cell, it becomes ultra-convenient for Megan and I to stay ahold of one another.
That to the left is the phone Megan went with: the Samsung a310. As I’m sure you guessed, I got to help a bit in picking it out. *grin* As she said, she would have been happy with the 1-cent brick Nokia. But what’s the fun in that? The phone is $100, but it comes with a $50 mail-in rebate at the moment, so long-term it’s a really good deal. Not all the bells and whistles of my phone, but a nice solid phone nonetheless. And I bet one can use question marks to ones heart’s content on that phone. :)
Her new number (and the only way to call me for the next two weeks or so) is:
(515) 231-9840.
Another quick update:
I think I’m going to forget about wapjaw (again, yes) for a while. Maybe forever, who knows? I’ve decided that, if I’m going to focus that exclusively on anything right now, it should be my writing. I’ve been worse than a slacker when it comes to my writing. I’ve been downright neglectful. So if I’m going to waste creative energy somewhere, that’s where it should be going. I think so, anyway.
Homework calls. G’night. :)

I read the play. Once. Many years ago. *g* I remember liking it, once I got over myself and just let a ‘thy’ be a ‘thy’ and so on.
In my opinion, Hamlet is still around (and therefore, a big deal) because it has everything we look for in a good story: sex and violence. And a plot, to boot. The story gives the reader something to laugh about, something to cry (or at least feel sad) about, something to scare, and so on.
And now, I’ve gotta get back to work. :)

Thanks!! I’ve already written my paper, but none-the-less it helps me make my opinion of what I read more clear. :)

ROBBIE!! I need help on something…..I’ve put a few posts about it on various discussion boards, and no one has replied. I need to find people’s opinion to why “Hamlet is such a big deal” Its not a huge assignment, a short paper really, but I’d rather like to not make up my answer. If you get time, I’d love to hear your answer, and maybe other people’s if you happen to ask them. Thanks so much!
